Community Classes

All classes, unless otherwise stated, are open level so while some experience of yoga is useful it isn't essential. Modifications and options are offered for all levels of practitioner.

Vinyasa Flow

Sat: 9-10am

Sun: 10-11am

Mon: 9.30-10.30am

A Dynamic start to the day.  This class will revive and refresh you, leaving you ready to tackle whatever you have planned.

Suitable for all levels though a basic level of fitness is recommended.

Mats & props provided.

NEW! Slow Flow

Sun 11.15-12.15pm

These classes are suitable for all levels whether you're new to yoga & looking for an entry to the practise, wanting a stronger foundation to build upon or just a slower paced class with more focussed attention to the postures.

By slowing down we bring we bring greater awareness to each posture & how it feels in our body.  We also allow time to develop the strength required to practise safely.

Flow to Restore

Weds 7-8.15pm

Triangle Centre, 91-93 St Ann's Road, N15 6NU

We'll start by building heat and working dynamically in a Vinyasa (Yang) style, before winding down to a slower pace with long-held Yin poses.  This is a great way to release tension and soothe your nerves, allowing a deeper sense of peace.  Classes end with an indulgent relaxation and simple meditation.

A perfect way to wind down and prepare for a restful evening.

Mats & props are provided.

Private and small group classes

It can be daunting stepping into a class for the first time or after a long break and private sessions can be a great way to prepare for this. They can also give you the opportunity to work on deepening your practise, advance in a specific area or just enjoy some focussed attention.

I offer private one-to-one classes in London but also rates for small groups and corporate sessions.  If this is something you're interested in please contact me here.
